Aubergine timbales with goats cheese, tomatoes, parmesan & pinenuts
Salmon & dill croquettes served with a herby mayonnaise
Sharing platter of figs, honey gorgonzola & proscuitto

Main Course
Boozy beef, slow-cooked brisket cooked with ale & carmelised onions
Game keepers pie topped with potato & root vegetable mash
Chicken breast with shallots, mushrooms & bacon in a red wine sauce
Salmon fillet with asparagus spears, oven baked cherry tomatoes and tarragon hollandaise
Apricot & cumin stuffed pork fillet with Marsala & rosemary sauce
All of the above are served with either steamed wild rice or potatoes (roast, buttered mash, gratin dauphinoise or baby new) and a selection of fresh vegetables.
Vegetarian Mains
Moroccan vegetable hot pot served with spiced fruity couscous
Creamy wild mushroom & thyme stroganoff served with steamed wild rice
Onion and Gruyere tartlet
Butternut & sweet potato lasagne with sage, pinenuts & nutmeg.
Served with a dressed rocket salad and herbed garlic baguette
