Yan is now a cosy countryside retreat with a truly bespoke feel. Many features are handcrafted from local timber and together with oak floors and beams it has become a characterful property.

The cosy log effect stove and large sofas allow you to snuggle up and watch Netflix on the 48" Smart TV together with integrated surround sound system.

New beds throughout provide both comfort and luxury with the deep srung mattresses. The bathroom is also linked to the sound system for listening to your music while you relax in the bath or enjoy the power shower.

Outside you have uninterrupted views of the Cumbrian countryside in all its glory and you can either dine out on your patio or take off on any of the numerous walks right from your doorstep.

Parking for one car is guaranteed so that you know after a days sight seeing you can arrive back at Hall Hills and truly unwind.
