One flight of steps takes you to the balcony overlooking the river Roe. Then through the double doors you enter a very spacious interior that is as individual as its name implies.

The open-plan living area is flooded with light during the day streaming through skylights that also allow you to gaze at the stars at night. The massive exposed beams of the roof complement the solid oak floor.

Past the kitchen area and through the oak door is the bedroom with its king size bed and a walk-in shower.

Meetings and Functions

With over fifty square metres of solid oak floor space in the open plan living area, the scope for this space is endless.

There is ample room to accommodate a large gathering of friends, family or business people. Tell us what your needs are and we will do our level best to cater for them.

There is the option of booking all the barns, with accommodation for 20 people, and using the Folly living area as a space to spend time together.
